How to Export a System Backup

This guide article will show you how to export a backup.

Before You Start

Please log in to the Control Panel at with your credentials. Enter the "My Applications" page to locate your target deployment from all deployments listed.

1. Navigate to the Snapshots page

Click the three-dot icon to pull a menu. Then click “Snapshots” as the screenshot shows.

2. Locate your backup file

On the "Snapshots" page, you will see all the available backup files. Locate the one you want to restore.

3. Export your backup

Click the three-dot icon at the end of the backup file you want to export. Then click "Export". A confirmation box will pop up after that. Click confirm to start the exportation process.

Your backup will be transferred to a file server. It may take 15-30 minutes.
Once the backup is transferred, there are two options for you to get what you want:

Option 1: come back to control panel to download your backup. Please repeat the steps described above to get your files under the Snapshots. In brief, please go to “My application” to locate your service, Click the three dots icon followed by choosing the “ Snapshots”. Click the download icon at the end of the backup file to get the backup.

Option 2: get the backup through the download link via an email from us.
